I’ve been quiet on here for several months as my focus has been on working hard, hardly working while travelling or dealing with personal family stuff. I have HUGE respect for those who maintain a weekly podcast or email newsletter, but I only want to write when I have something to say… And right now, I feel inspired to do so.

The average human brain has ~70,000 thoughts a day, and writing mine helps me unpick and process the big ones. So, I’m synthesising all my scatter-gun voice notes and committing to write FOUR PIECES (!) in September-October:
⚡️ The life-changing positives I’ve felt since leaving the city
⚡️ How I shifted industries + built out a sole trader business
⚡️ Everything I’m avoiding and want to work on improving
⚡️ All my internal systems and life hacks than makes me tick

[Other than finding some sick auto-generated images, I won’t use ChatGPT or any AI platform to write for me as I want to enjoy my own process of creative expression.]

Some stuff I share may be uncomfortable or undesirable to reflect on. All I ask is you try them on like a piece of clothing. If it fits, go with it, and if it doesn’t, leave it.

Some may seem small, simple or obvious. When we compound small and simple things though, they become huge, and the only obvious thing is nothing is obvious to everyone.

Some may feel impossible or near impossible for you right now. Where I’m at now wasn’t possible for me 1 year ago and it was a pipe dream 5 years ago, so I want to share my journey in the most digestible way I can.

I acknowledge there must be a superficial or self-interested part of me that wants validation in sharing this — is anything TRULY selfless? — but I genuinely feel like the bulk of me believes this will create some benefit for you.

This is my accountability piece and next Monday I’ll share article #1! 🔥
